Integral Kriya Yoga is a yoga of synthesis combining teachings and practices from all four types of yoga – raja, karma, bhakti, and jnana - into a unified practice for self-actualization and God-realization. The esoteric knowledge of this path to spiritual liberation was discovered by the ancient rishis and has been passed down over thousands of years to the present day.

(Although there are now several versions of Surya Namaskar available on the web, back in 2005 this was the only "moon salutation you would find on Google.) More ...

Each arm position, except the first, includes a position of the hands accompanied by an energy center visualization and an incantation. The first arm position has no incantation; only a mindful awareness of the breath and the energy center visualization. The first five energy centers are located along your spine, with the sixth center just behind your forehead. More ...
It is difficult to explain exactly what Tantrism is about in a simple and direct way. It is not useful to say that Tantrism is a religious philosophy taught in scriptures called Tantras. Tantrism is a complex combination of cosmological models and spiritual practices for reawakening the direct experience of the Transcendent Reality. This reawakening is a conscious reconnection with the Divine-Self expressed in Tantrism as the Divine Union of the Feminine Divine (Shakti) with the Masculine Divine (Shiva). More ...
