Yoga lifestyle (yama, niyama, and healthy choices) maintains a healthy body, reduces effects from the stress of modern life, and supports peace and comfort from within you.
Yoga asana and meditative movements (yogasan) strengthen your mind and body. A regular yoga asana practice will make you stronger and healthier, improve your sense of well being, increase your self-awareness, and foster a profound feeling of peace.
Yoga breathing (pranayama) improves general health and invigorates the physical body by purifying and detoxifying the blood, removes blockages and opens the ethereal channels (nadi) of the subtle body (pranamaya kosha), and induces the withdrawal of the senses (pratyahara) needed for deep meditation.
Yoga meditation (dharana, dhyana, and samadhi) deepens your emotional balance, mental alertness, sense of well being, and reveals your connection to the Divine.
Yoga embodiment (sadhana) brings your whole life into focus, enhancing your experience of the transcendent Divine.
Yoga empowers you to overcome your personal challenges, embrace who you truly are in this life, express your creative will, and recognize your own divinity. Yoga is a spiritual path to Divine Bliss and transcendent peace.
