Here are Nadananda's CDs. The latest is Nadananda's Yoga Nidra. "Nidra" means sleep. This is a guided relaxation and meditation. Very nice.
The first CD was a nice asana session called Basic Yogasan for Integral Kriya Yoga, very familiar if you've been to Nadananda's classes.

Basic Yogasan for Integral Kriya Yoga is an hour long (57 minutes) light asana session. This audio CD includes an asana chart with pictures of each asana used in the session, a [very] brief overview of Integral Kriya Yoga, and a few guidelines for your asana practice.
An easy to follow narrative guides you through 32 asanas grouped into three mini-routines: a "wind-moving" series (pawanamuktasan), a floor series, and a Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar). The session begins and ends with a guided relaxation. Each mini-routine can be used by itself as a short asana session, or all three routines and the relaxations used together for a complete gentle asana session, combining restorative and strengthening asanas.

The notes for Nadananda's Yoga Nidra explain the basic principles of Nidra and the four states of consciousness.
The brief guide included with Basic Yogasan for Integral Kriya Yoga offers a few preliminary considerations and 35 color photographs of the various asanas used in the routines on the CD.
Basic Yogasan for Integral Kriya Yoga is a complete asana session combining restorative and strengthening asanas for a complete and balanced yogasan session.
The entire 57 minute session includes three routines with a relaxation period at the begining and the end of the session.
