Class is from 4:45 to 5:45 every Monday and Thursday.

Beginner to intermediate hatha yoga asana once per week on Monday or Thursday.
Five Class pre-pay
Don't want to commit to the six week schedule? Pre-pay for five classes and take those classes anytime in the next six months.
Three Class Pre-Pay
Don't want to commit to the month? Pre-pay for three classes and take those classes anytime in the next three months.
Drop-In
Single class drop-in rate is only $10. Try it, you'll like it ;-)
Oakland V-Tel Participation
You may be able to participate from Oakland VA via V-Tel conference. You can participate Mondays and/or Thursdays (same price, once or twice per week).
